I'm MOS. Ball knowers will recognize the abbreviation for Metal Oxide Semiconductor. The origin of my name is rather dull, I came up with it when I joined my local hackerspace in October of 2025. Although I do work with BJTs more often, MOS just rolls off the tongue easier.
Oddly enough, I started to like MOS more than the name assigned to me at birth.
